Amy Hannan Arrested After Killing Michael Jodoin in Hit-and-Run DUI Crash Along McCourtney Road

 
Grass Valley, CA (August 4, 2020)– On Monday, a DUI hit-and-run accident along McCourtney Road killed a waste management employee, Michael Jodoin.
 
The fatal victim, identified as Michael Jodoin, was a 59-year-old Rough and Ready man.
 
The tragic incident took place along McCourtney Road near the Nevada County Fairgrounds. According to the report, at about 8:43 a.m. on August 3, Jodoin was cleaning on the side of the road.
 
While he was cleaning, an oncoming vehicle struck him. The driver of the vehicle then fled the scene and left Jodoin on the road with fatal injuries.
 
The driver of the vehicle was identified as Amy Hannan, a 47-year-old woman from Grass Valley. Investigators were able to track her down, and later arrested her.
 
Officials said she is facing felony hit-and-run and DUI charges and was booked into the Wayne Brown Correctional Facility.
