According to authorities, the disastrous crash happened on FM 116, leaving a 39-year-old woman and a 14-year-old girl from Tulsa, OK hurt.

Police arrested Delashmutt following the crash in Coryell County. Authorities say taht Delashmutt, driving a 2014 Dodge Ram truck, collided with a 2020 Volkswagen parked on the shoulder of the road.

Authorities say that the Volkswagen, occupied by the Tulsa woman and her teen passenger, sustained significant damage in the collision. Both victims suffered incapacitating injuries and were transported to the hospital for treatment.
