Megan Parish Seriously Injured in Rollover Crash on Highway 167 [Kent, WA]

23-Year-Old Mukilteo Woman in Serious Condition after Solo-Car Accident near South 212th Street

KENT, WA (November 25, 2018) – A woman was seriously injured early Sunday morning following a solo-car crash near South 212th Street. The victim was later identified as 23-year-old Megan Parish, a resident of Mukilteo.

According to the Washington State Patrol, the incident happened shortly after 2:15 AM. A 2014 Toyota Scion tC was heading north on Highway 167 when it left the roadway, went into a brush embankment, clipped a tree, and rolled over multiple times.

Parish was ejected from the Scion and remained outside for about six hours before she was found by a passing truck driver. Chanler McPherson immediately called 911 and stayed with the injured driver until paramedics arrived.

The victim was rushed to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle after suffering serious injuries. A GoFundMe page was created to assist Parish’s family with her recovery. Click on the link to donate and to support the campaign.
