Mark McDonald Injured in State Route 97A Collision [Entiat, WA]

Entiat, WA (August 2, 2024) – Mark McDonald, 67, was injured following a State Route 97A collision Wednesday evening.

It was about 8:04 p.m. when the collision happened on Entiat River Road.

Troopers said a 2002 Toyota Tundra driven by 56-year-old Alberto Quezada failed to yield to a southbound 2016 Dodge Dart driven by McDonald while it was attempting to turn left on northbound highway. 

The Toyota rested on its side blocking the northbound left turn lane and the Dodge rested in the northbound lane.

Immediately, the rescuers rushed Mark McDonald to Confluence Health Hospital in Wenatchee.

Alberto Quezada was not injured in the collision.

Investigators said both drivers were wearing their seatbelts when the accident happened.
