Female Pedestrian Killed in Horrific Crash Near Airway Heights
Spokane, WA (March 14, 2024) Early Wednesday morning, 28-year-old Marisa Jolly and Motie Charles Curtis were arrested after a horrific pedestrian crash on Highway 2.
According to Spokane police, the fatal pedestrian collision happened around 2:30 a.m. on Highway 2 near Airway Heights.
Reports say that a female pedestrian was struck by 2 vehicles that fled the scene.
Officials pronounced the female pedestrian dead at the scene.
Both suspect drivers who fled the scene were tracked down by police and were later arrested.
Jolly was charged with vehicular homicide and driving with a suspended license, while Curtis was charged with a felony hit-and-run and driving with a suspended license.
