Marco Sotelo Dies in Rear-End Crash on Interstate 15 [Las Vegas, NV]

Las Vegas, NV (April 27, 2022) – On Tuesday, 32-year-old Marco Sotelo and another lost their lives in a rear-end crash on Interstate 15.

The fatal crash took place at about 12:05 a.m. south of Silverado Ranch Boulevard.

Investigators say a white Honda Accord driven in a reckless manner rear-ended a semi tractor-trailer.

Right away, the paramedics rushed the male Honda driver to University Medical Center where he died. 

The Honda’s male passenger was not wearing a seatbelt when the crash took place. he was ejected from the vehicle and lost his life at the scene.

Moreover, Hannah Marie Brown Elementary School principal said Sotelo was their lead custodian.

Luckily, the semi-truck driver did not sustain injuries from the collision.

Officers are still investigating this incident, though they suspect impairment was a factor.
