Man Seriously Injured in Rollover Crash on Highway 246 [BUELLTON, CA]

SUV Overturns on Highway 246 in Buellton Badly Injuring the Driver

 
BUELLTON, CA (May 22, 2019) – A 70-year-old man was seriously injured following a rollover crash Wednesday afternoon in Buellton.
 
The crash happened around 2:40 p.m. in the 7600 block of Highway 246.
 
Officials responded to the scene and located a Jeep Cherokee that had landed on its roof. The male driver of the SUV was badly injured, but did not require extrication. He was the only person in the vehicle.
 
The victim was airlifted to Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital in an unknown condition.
 
The Buellton California Highway Patrol was investigating the crash.
