Major Injuries Sustained in T-Bone Crash on Highway 152 in Chowchilla

 
CHOWCHILLA, CA (June 25, 2019) – A man was seriously injured Tuesday morning following a broadside crash on Highway 152, near Road 9.
 
The crash happened around 6:37 a.m. on westbound Highway 152 at Road 9.
 
One vehicle was traveling eastbound when it crossed over to the westbound lane. It then broadsided another vehicle that was heading westbound on the highway, a witness told officers.
 
A male occupant in an SUV suffered a major head injury as a result of the crash. Arriving paramedics took the man to a hospital in an unknown condition.
 
An ongoing investigation continues to determine the factors involved in the crash and liability.
