BUELLTON, CA (November 26, 2019) — A Sunday hit-and-run pedestrian accident on Highway 246 and Avenue of the Flags left a pedestrian severely injured.

According to County Fire Department spokesman Mike Eliason, the California Highway Patrol and Santa Barbara County firefighters responded to the scene around 5:42 p.m. after receiving calls from bystanders.
