LOS ANGELES, CA (April 11, 2023) – Sunday morning, a man died in a tragic hit-and-run wreck on Hoover Street and 74th Street.

The incident happened at around 4:00 a.m. on Hoover Street and 74th Street.

According to reports, as a pedestrian crossed a street in the south Los Angeles area, a hit-and-run motorist hit him.

Medical responders came to the scene and declared the man dead, said to the Los Angeles Police Department.

Also, his identity remained undisclosed due to pending family notification.

Moreover, the authorities described the hit-and-run vehicle as a possible silver sedan.

“The vehicle carried the victim nearly a block to 75th Street where the victim came to rest,” police added.

Also, the city of Los Angeles offered a standing reward of up to $50,000 for information that helps solve a fatal hit-and-run.
