1 Dead in Perris Crash on Interstate 215 and Highway 74
PERRIS, CA (September 21, 2021) – Monday morning, a man died in a multi-vehicle accident on Interstate 215 and Highway 74.
The incident occurred around 4:30 a.m. on northbound Interstate 215 and Highway 74.
According to reports, the crash involved at least four vehicles. However, the circumstances remain unclear.
When the Riverside County Fire Department arrived within 20 minutes, they found two people with injuries. One of them suffered severe injuries.
Thus, responders took the critically injured patient to Riverside University Medical Center in Moreno Valley. However, he died a few hours later.
Meanwhile, the other victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries and received treatment at the county hospital.
The crash impacted both north- and southbound lanes on I-215. Also, the CHP kept two lanes unavailable on the northbound side until 5:45 a.m.
