LONG BEACH, CA (September 13, 2020) – Tuesday night, a man died in a motorcycle accident on Ocean Boulevard in Long Beach.

According to police reports, the man rode a 2008 Suzuki GSX-R600 motorcycle eastbound on Ocean Boulevard at a high rate of speed. However, he then tried to pass a slow-moving 2005 GMC Yukon as the GMC driver prepared to make a left turn to Temple Avenue from Ocean Boulevard.

What’s Next after a Motorcycle Crash

“Insurance companies will try to save money, even if it means not fully compensating a family for the wrongful death of a loved one. When a family retains an attorney immediately, it gives them time to grieve and heal, while their attorney works to build a strong case and hold the negligent party accountable,” says Tyler Toomey, a practicing attorney at Sweet Lawyers.
