Man Killed in Rollover Crash on Highway 152 at Palm Avenue [DOS PALOS, CA]

Pickup Truck Overturns on Highway 152 in Dos Palos Killing the Driver

 
DOS PALOS, CA (October 17, 2019) – A man was killed following a rollover crash Thursday morning in Dos Palos, CHP officials said.
 
The crash happened around 11:30 a.m. on Highway 152 at Palm Avenue.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, a 2000 Ford Ranger was heading eastbound when it lost control while attempting to pass another vehicle on the two-lane highway. The pickup truck went off the roadway and overturned several times before slamming into a barbed wire fence.
 
As a result, the driver suffered fatal injuries and died at the scene. Authorities only identified him as a 36-year-old Dos Palos man.
 
His passenger, 30-year-old Sarah Morrow of Dos Palos, declined medical treatment.
 
CHP is tracking down other witnesses and 911 callers to get their accounts of the deadly incident.
