Pedestrian Dies after Crash on Park Avenue near Villines Avenue

 
SAN JACINTO, CA (November 5, 2019) – A man lost his life in a pedestrian crash on Park Avenue, early Tuesday morning.
 
According to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, the incident happened at about 12:37 AM. Due to unknown reasons, an eastbound Chevrolet pickup truck hit the man near Villines Avenue.
 
Emergency responders pronounced the victim dead at the scene. Authorities withheld the identity of the victim, pending notification of next of kin. Meanwhile, the driver of the Chevrolet remained and cooperated with investigators.
