Man Killed in Hit-and-Run Car Crash on Telfair Avenue and Branford Street [Pacoima, CA]

1 Dead in Pacoima Car Accident

PACOIMA, CA (December 11, 2018) – An asleep man occupying a parked car died after his car was hit by a hit-and-run motorist on December 9.

The incident occurred after 3:20 a.m. on Telfair Avenue and Branford Street, Officer Norma Eisenman of the LAPD’s Media Relations Section reported. Eisenman added that after hitting the multiple parked vehicles, the suspect escaped on foot.

The victim was transported to an area hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.

The hit-and-run suspect reportedly escaped on foot.

According to reports, the motorist was traveling in a blue pickup truck. There were empty beer bottles and drug paraphernalia discovered inside the vehicle.
