Fatal Livermore Car Accident on Isabel Avenue

 
LIVERMORE, CA (June 3, 2019) – A man from Lodi died in a fatal car accident on Isabel Avenue and Jack London Boulevard on May 30.
 
Authorities received reports of the crash at 3:01 a.m. at Isabel Avenue at East Jack London Boulevard in Livermore.
 
LPD spokesperson Joanna Johnson said that a 27-year-old driver of a white 2015 Kia Optima crashed with the rear bumper of a tractor-trailer. He died at the scene. Meanwhile, the big rig driver didn’t suffer any injury.
 
Johnson also said that authorities are still uncertain whether drugs or alcohol are factors in the collision.
 
Due to the collision, the northbound traffic lanes on Isabel Avenue closed while police investigated the crash. Before 9:00 a.m., all the closed lanes have reopened.
