Fatal Oakland Multi-Vehicle Accident on International Boulevard and Seminary Avenue

 
OAKLAND, CA (February 25, 2021) – Tuesday night, a San Lorenzo man died in a four-vehicle crash on International Boulevard and Seminary Avenue.
 
The officers were patrolling when they spotted a Chevrolet Camaro speeding east on International Boulevard at 11:46 p.m.
 
Afterward, the Chevrolet struck an eastbound Ford Explorer on International Boulevard. The Ford had stopped at a red light at Seminary Avenue.
 
After the crash, a southbound Lexus ES 350 then broadsided the Chevy on Seminary Avenue.
 
According to the police, a northbound Honda Civic on Seminary Avenue then struck the Chevy. The impact ejected the driver from the Chevrolet.
 
Eventually, the Chevy stopped after colliding with a light pole. Officers started initiating life-saving efforts to Chevy’s driver. However, he succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
 
The authorities are withholding the identity of the San Lorenzo man. Meanwhile, responders took the driver and the passenger of the Lexus to a hospital after complaining of pain.
