Police Investigate a Pedestrian Accident on Standiford Avenue in Modesto

 
Modesto, CA (December 10, 2020) – Wednesday night, a man sustained injuries after being struck by a car on Standiford Avenue.
 
The Modesto crash happened just before 8 p.m. on December 9.
 
Modesto Police report a silver Nissan Sentra traveling westbound on Standiford Avenue hit the man who stepped into the path of the vehicle.
 
Emergency crews transported him into a hospital in critical condition.
 
The driver then stayed at the scene during the investigation.
