Person Hospitalized, Dog Killed in Pedestrian Accident on Interstate 80
Reno, NV (February 12, 2021) – On Wednesday, a man was injured while his dog was killed in a pedestrian accident on Interstate 80.
The incident took place before 10 a.m. at Keystone Avenue.
Apparently, the man and his dog were crossing the street outside of a marked crosswalk when they were hit.
Responders took the man to the hospital with minor injuries. However, his dog lost his life in the incident.
Meanwhile, authorities said the pedestrian is at fault and was cited.
