According to reports, a vehicle struck the old man in San Francisco’s Potrero Hill neighborhood on November 2. The authorities received reports of the crash at 8:48 a.m. on 16th Street and De Haro Street.
 
The 39-year-old male driver hit the pedestrian walking in a crosswalk. However, the police didn’t arrest the driver.
