SAN DIEGO, CA (February 5, 2023) – Early Saturday morning, an 85-year-old man suffered injuries in a pedestrian crash on North Torrey Pines Road near Torrey Pines State Beach.
 
The incident happened at about 9:30 a.m. on North Torrey Pines Road near Torrey Pines State Beach.
 
According to reports, a 63-year-old bicyclist struck the pedestrian and left the patient with a fractured skull and brain bleed.
 
Officers confirmed that the cyclist suffered injuries with a laceration above his left eye.
