Pedestrian Hospitalized in San Diego Auto Accident on 58th Street and University Avenue
SAN DIEGO, CA (October 19, 2022) – Tuesday morning, a 28-year-old man sustained injuries in a pedestrian crash on 58th Street and University Avenue.
The incident happened at around 6:00 a.m. at the southeast corner of 58th Street and University Avenue.
Reports revealed that a Chevrolet Silverado HD2500 struck a male pedestrian. The crash transpired while the Chevrolet made a left turn from 58th Street onto University Avenue. Then, the truck driver remained at the scene and called the authorities.
Moreover, responders rushed the 28-year-old pedestrian to a hospital with a subdural brain injury, a lung contusion, and a broken hip and leg.
