LOS ANGELES, CA (March 28, 2019) – A man suffered serious injuries Tuesday night in a pedestrian crash on Burbank Boulevard near Van Nuys Boulevard.
 
According to reports, police responded to the scene around 9:25 p.m. and found a man in serious condition. Soon after, paramedics transported the victim to a nearby hospital with serious injuries. Meanwhile, the driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with police questioning.
 
Although the report, which police received, mentioned a police shooting, officers learned that a pedestrian had been hit instead.
 
The circumstances of how the accident happened are under investigation.
