DUI Driver Crashes Car into House Near Angelique Street

 
SAN DIEGO, CA (October 12, 2019) – A man required hospitalization after a DUI accident in the 11700 block of Cypress Canyon Road on early Saturday morning.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened near Angelique Street at approximately 12:30 AM.
 
Based on a report, the victim is a suspected drunken driver who made an unsafe movement to his left, lost control and crashed his 2014 Hyundai into a house.
 
The paramedics sent him to the hospital for treatment of life-threatening injuries. In addition, he suffered major head and face injuries. However, police did not disclose his identity.
 
The SDPD Traffic Division is investigating the crash. However, police have not released additional information at this time.
