Two-Vehicle Accident on 5 Freeway Leaves One Man Dead
Tustin, CA (November 20, 2020) – On Thursday, a man died in a two-vehicle crash on the 5 Freeway in Tustin.
Officers received the fatal crash report at about 11:50 PM.

Authorities said it was unclear if the victim was ejected from his SUV, or exited his vehicle after the crash and was struck by passing vehicles.
Police withheld the deceased’s name and age.
Meanwhile, authorities closed the southbound lanes of the freeway at Tustin Ranch Road as they investigate the crash.

What Can the Bereaved Do?
Those closest to the victim may have the right to seek compensation for their loss. Indeed, some common examples include funeral expenses, medical bills, and what is called “loss of consortium.” Loss of consortium generally means the deprivation of future affection and companionship over an untimely death.
