Man Dies in Hit-and-Run Crash on King Road [San Jose, CA]

San Jose, CA (October 20, 2024) – A man was killed in a hit-and-run crash on King Road Wednesday evening.

It was about 8:13 p.m. when the fatal collision happened near the intersection with Salamoni Court.

According to the investigators, an adult male was southbound in a 2012 Dodge Caravan when he struck a man who was crossing the street.

Immediately, the rescuers rushed the pedestrian to a hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. 

The driver, on the other hand, fled the scene but was later found and apprehended
