NORTH COUNTY, CA (March 23, 2023) – Wednesday morning, a 24-year-old man died in a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 15 near Gopher Canyon Road.

The incident happened at around 5:10 a.m. on Interstate 15 near Gopher Canyon Road.

According to reports, a grey GMC Sierra pickup veered off the roadway for still unknown reasons and overturned.

Moreover, responding paramedics pronounced a 24-year-old male passenger of the vehicle dead at the scene. Also, authorities confirmed that the 48-year-old male driver of the vehicle was not hurt in the incident.

Furthermore, officials do not believe that drugs or alcohol played a role in the incident.
