BIG SUR, CA (July 21, 2022) – Monday afternoon, a man died in a motorcycle crash on Highway 1 near the Bixby Bridge.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident happened around 3:17 p.m. Moreover, it occurred on northbound Highway 1 near the Bixby Bridge.
 
Reports revealed that a southbound 2009 Harley Davidson lost control for still unknown reasons. Then, it veered across the northbound lanes where it collided with a northbound 2018 Honda Clarity.
 
However, responders pronounced the 22-year-old male motorcyclist dead at the scene.
