Man Critical after Motorcycle Crash on Amargosa Road [Victorville, CA]

Two Riders Injured in Collision near Olivera Road

 
VICTORVILLE, CA (January 26, 2020) – Authorities reported that a man was critical after a motorcycle crash on Amargosa Road on Sunday afternoon.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident happened east of between Olivera Road and Luna Road at about 3:30 PM.
 
Reports from the Victorville Police Department showed that a problem in the tire of the victim’s motorcycle caused the rider to lose control of the bike and crash.
 
The man was with a woman passenger. The woman was able to use her own cell phone to call for help. The male rider sustained critical injuries. Both victims were airlifted to a hospital for treatment.
 
Amargosa Road was closed in both directions. Victorville Police is currently handling the investigation.
