1 Detained in Canyon Country Accident on Nearbrook Street

 
CANYON COUNTRY, CA (January 6, 2021) – Monday night, authorities arrested a man after a suspected DUI crash on Nearbrook Street.
 
The Los Angeles County Fire Department personnel came to the scene just after 6:15 p.m. The vehicle-versus-building crash occurred in the 18900 block of Nearbrook Street.
 
“The vehicle did crash into a garage,” revealed Sgt. Adam Stoll of the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station.
 
Thus, authorities arrested the driver and took him to the hospital in unknown condition.
 
“He’s being treated for his injuries and DUI at Henry Mayo (Newhall Hospital),” Stoll added.
 
At this time, the events that have led up to the crash remains unclear. Thus, the authorities continue to investigate the incident. Once additional details on the crash on Nearbook Street become available, the public will be informed.
