Male Pedestrian Killed in Normandie Avenue Deadly Pedestrian Crash [Los Angeles, CA]

Los Angeles, CA (April 11, 2022) On Sunday morning, a man in his 30’s was killed after he was struck by 2 vehicles in a deadly crash on Normandie Avenue.

The Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) says the fatal incident happened around 2:55 a.m. near the intersection with West 36th Street.

Reports say that a man was walking the streets in Exposition Park when a southbound vehicle hit him.

The driver of this vehicle did not stop to render aid and fled away.

Meanwhile, another vehicle hit the pedestrian, this time the motorist stopped and remained at the scene.

Rescuers say that the vehicle had the pedestrian trapped underneath it.

Afterward, fire personnel freed the man however, paramedics pronounced the man dead afterward.

Police are investigating the crash and have not released additional information regarding the suspect vehicle.
