Male Pedestrian Killed in Fatal Car Accident on 15th Avenue West [Seattle, WA]

1 Dead in Seattle Pedestrian Accident

SEATTLE, WA (December 14, 2018) – A male pedestrian who was reportedly jaywalking died after being hit by a passing car on 15th Avenue West on December 12.

The incident occurred before 11:00 p.m. in the 2200 block near Wheeler Road. The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene.

Meanwhile, the driver reportedly remained at the scene and has been cooperative with the investigation. The police also reported that impairment is not considered as a factor in the collision.

It is believed that the victim was a homeless man and was not walking across a crosswalk during the crash.
