2 Critically Injured in Milepost 48 Solo-Vehicle Crash
Cowlitz County, WA (November 18, 2024) – 27-year-old Makiah Voorhees of Longview faces charges following a State Route 4 collision early Sunday morning.
It was before 5 a.m. when the single-car rollover crash happened at milepost 48.
Responding officers located an upside-down car blocking the roadway and one person was ejected from it.
Troopers said all six occupants of the car were transported to a hospital with two of them in critical condition.
The five passengers included a 17-year-old girl, a 20 and 22-year-old woman, and a 19 and 20-year-old man. All of them are from Longview.
Makiah Voorhees was charged with vehicular assault, DUI, and reckless endangerment.
