Injuries Sustained in Calaveras County Car Accident on Hunt Road and Highway 4
CALAVERAS COUNTY, CA (November 29, 2019) – An unknown number of people sustained major injuries in a car accident on Hunt Road.
The two-vehicle crash occurred before 5:00 p.m. between Angels Camp and Copperopolis. It ended with serious injuries and partially blocked Highway 4.
According to reports, a vehicle drove off the road and rolled over into a ditch pinning, trapping the occupant inside. Meanwhile. the other vehicle blocked one lane of the road. Authorities dispatched two ambulances and crews freed one person from the vehicle.
Tow crews also responded to the scene to remove the vehicle from the highway.
