Two Vehicles Involved in Crash on Highway 101 and Ventura Boulevard

 
LOS ANGELES, CA (July 30, 2019) – Major damage sustained in a crash on Highway 101 and Ventura Boulevard westbound early Tuesday morning.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision took place near Ventura Boulevard at approximately 4:44 AM. Based on an initial report, a Toyota Scion and an unknown sedan involved in the incident. Both spun out of lanes, while one car hit the center divider.
 
The paramedics arrived for needed medical attention. They had not yet released a report regarding any injuries sustained by the involved motorists.
 
Police report the Scion with major rear-end damage and a broken front axle. Towing services arrived for a clearing operation in the area.
 
It is not yet clear in what circumstance the pile-up occurred. However, an investigation by the authorities is on-going.
