2-Vehicle Collision on FM 93 Kills Drivers
Belton, TX (September 25, 2023) – 30-year-old Macayla Bartek and 46-year-old Lance Scott Walker, both from Belton, were killed in a vehicle collision on FM 439.
The deadly collision happened at 6:30 a.m. Monday at the intersection with FM 93 between Belton and Nolanville.
Investigating officers said Bartek was driving her 1992 Chevrolet Truck westbound on FM 439.
Walker, on the other hand, was driving a 2020 Kia Optima eastbound.
The two vehicles collided killing both drivers.
In the meantime, the authorities are still reconstructing the pieces of evidence found at the scene to determine which vehicle crossed over into the opposite lanes.
