Lucrecia Badalian Hospitalized in Highway 62 Four-Vehicle Crash

 
Joshua Tree, CA (February 05, 2021) – On Wednesday, 33-year-old Lucrecia Badalian of Twentynine Palms sustained injuries in a four-vehicle crash on Highway 62.
 
The road accident took place at about 11:49 A.M.
 
42-year-old Joseph McCloskey Jr of Twentynine Palms was driving westbound when he ran the red light at Park Boulevard.
 
As a result, his 2013 Nissan Altima struck a 2016 Kia, driven by 19-year-old Farah Korhonen of Joshua Tree, who was traveling southbound.
 
Korhonen had a 1-year-old Joshua Tree child inside the vehicle when the accident happened.
 
Furthermore, McCloskey’s Nissan glanced off the Kia and traveled westbound. Then, it struck another two vehicles that were stopped eastbound at the traffic light.
 
One of the vehicles was a 2019 Subaru Cross Trek, driven by 38-year-old Carrie Baldwin of San Dimas.
 
The other vehicle was a 2010 Toyota Camry driven by 41-year-old Michael Badalian of Twentynine Palms.
 
Rescuers took the 33-year-old Lucrecia Badalian, also of Twentynine Palms, to Hi-Desert Medical Center. She was the passenger in the Camry and sustained minor injuries from the crash.
