David Felix Fatally Struck in Pedestrian Accident on Highway 41, Lourdes Diego Hospitalized

 
Fresno, CA (January 04, 2021) – On Saturday, 22-year-old Lourdes Diego was injured in a fatal pedestrian accident on Highway 41 that killed David Felix, 32.
 
Moreover, the fatal accident took place on January 2, before 11 p.m. near Friant Road.
 
Apparently, an unidentified man walking into northbound lanes was struck by two vehicles.
 
Then, Diego stopped in the center divider and attempted to help the man. However, she was then struck by another vehicle.
 
As a result, rescuers took her to Community Regional Medical Center with major injuries.
 
On the other hand, the authorities pronounced the man dead at the scene.
 
Meanwhile, the officers continue to investigate the incident. Though, they do not suspect alcohol or drugs were a factor in the incident.
