Fatal Pedestrian Accident on Century Boulevard in Los Angeles

 
LOS ANGELES, CA (March 26, 2019) – A pedestrian was killed after being hit by a truck early Tuesday morning in Los Angeles.
 
The fatal crash happened around 5:22 a.m. at the intersection of Century Boulevard and Vermont Avenue.
 
CHP officials said the pedestrian was struck by an oncoming commercial truck. The victim, whose identity has not yet been released, was pronounced dead at the scene.
 
The truck driver stopped and cooperated with authorities.
 
Details are sparse on what exactly transpired. It is also unknown if charges has been filed and liability has not yet been determined.
