Leslie Agyepong Killed in Multi-Vehicle Collision on Highway 45 [Angus, TX]

Freightliner Truck Tractor Crash in Angus Kills 46-Year-Old Woman

Angus, TX (March 10, 2023) – On March 7, Leslie Agyepong, 46, from Lacey, WA, died in a multi-vehicle collision on Highway 45.

The traffic accident happened at 2:20 p.m. in Navarro County, about a mile south of FM 739.

According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, Agyepong was driving a southbound Freightliner truck tractor towing a semi-trailer. The vehicle she was driving suddenly crashed into three other truck tractors towing semi-trailers, which were stopped due to a different crash.

The collision resulted in a chain reaction and Agyepong’s vehicle started a fire. 

Unfortunately, the authorities declared Leslie Agyepong dead at the crash scene. 

The Texas DPS is investigating the cause of the tractor crash in Angus.
