Leroy Jefferson Jr. Pronounced Dead after Motorcycle Accident on Interstate 5 in Lebec

 
Lebec, CA (May 4, 2020) – On Saturday night, 56-year-old Leroy Jefferson Jr. was killed in a collision on Interstate 5.
 
Lebec Officers first received reports of the accident just before 7:00 p.m., on May 2. Emergency personnel arrived to the area shortly after receiving multiple 911 calls.
 
The events leading up to the collision remain unclear. However, CHP later confirmed that Mr. Jefforson was pronounced dead at the scene.
 
Moreover, the surrounding area on Interstate 5 was closed off during cleanup and preliminary duties. However, the roadway has since reopened.
 
At this time, an active investigation remains ongoing. Once available, more details will be given.
 
No further information about the truck driver involved in this road accident near Grapevine’s been released.
