Las Vegas, NV (April 28, 2022) – On Thursday morning, a 38-year-old Las Vegas man was fatally struck on Charleston Boulevard.

The authorities received the accident report at about 6:47 a.m. at Gass Avenue, west of Maryland Parkway.

Investigators say the pedestrian fell into the path of a westbound 2013 BMW 750 and the sedan struck him.

Unfortunately, the man lost his life at the scene.

Officers are investigating the fatal incident.
