NHP Trooper Hanna DeGoey said that the incident blocked the travel lanes and slowed traffic. Authorities administered alternate routes in the left-hand shoulder. According to reports, the incident happened at the West McCarran Boulevard exit.
 
DeGoey added that first responders came to extract at least one person from the wreckage.
