Four Vehicles Involved in Crash on Highway 14

 
SANTA CLARITA, CA (July 19, 2019) – Lanes closed after a multi-car crash on northbound Highway 14, early Friday evening.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision took place just north of Golden Valley Road at approximately 6:13 PM. Based on an initial report, there were four vehicles involved in the pile-up collision. One of the cars flipped and landed back on its wheels.
 
The paramedics arrived at the scene and confirmed that no one sustained injuries in the incident.
 
Police issued a Sigalert that closed No. 2 and 3 lanes for about 40 minutes while a clearing operation was conducted by fire officials.
 
It is not yet clear in what circumstance the pile-up occurred. However, an investigation by the authorities is on-going.
