Four Cars Involved in an Accident on East Valley and Old Valley Boulevards
LA PUENTE, CA (January 15, 2018) – Multiple cars crashed on Monday night around 6 PM on the border of La Puente and City of Industry.
The intersection of E Valley Blvd and Old Valley Blvd was covered in debris from the crash. The vehicles involved were a white BMW sedan with major front-end damage, a dark four-door car with a broken windshield, and two other unidentified cars.
One car was turned over, leaving four people critically injured. According to Sgt. Carcaheo of the LA County Sheriff’s Department, two people had trauma to the neck and face areas; one person had a broken leg; and the fourth person suffered a broken clavicle.
Reports didn’t specify the cause of the accident, the identities of people involved, or who was at fault. Authorities do not believe that alcohol or drugs played a role in this dangerous accident. No other details have been released to the public at this moment, as the police continue their investigation.
