Marcos Forestal Arrested after Fatal Two-Vehicle Collision near Esplanade Avenue
HEMET, CA (September 9, 2018) – On Sunday evening, a woman and her unborn child were killed following a DUI Crash near Esplanade Avenue. The victim was later identified as 29-year-old Kristil Kincaid, a resident of San Jacinto.
As per reports, the tragic incident happened in the 500 block of North Warren Road. Kincaid was driving a Chrysler van when a BMW collided with her vehicle.
Kincaid, who was 8 months pregnant, was airlifted to the Riverside University Health Systems Medical Center’s trauma center in Moreno Valley. Her unborn child was pronounced dead at 10:00 PM and she succumbed to her injuries at 12:09 AM, early Monday morning. A GoFundMe page was created to assist Kincaid’s family with ongoing expenses. The driver of the BMW was later identified as 28-year-old Marcos Forestal, the reigning World Boxing Federation International Super Bantamweight champion. Witnesses claimed that the boxer live streamed the aftermath of the accident rather than checking on Kincaid. After Forestal was medically cleared, he was arrested on a single count of gross vehicular manslaughter. He was booked into jail and is being held in lieu of $75,000.
