Kia Driver Hospitalized in Amazon Truck Crash on Interstate 5 [Sacramento, CA]

Sacramento, CA (December 17, 2021) – On Thursday, a driver sustained injuries in an Amazon truck crash on Interstate 5.

The traffic collision happened at about 3 a.m. near Cosumnes River Boulevard. 

Officers said an Amazon semi-truck and a Kia Soul crashed in the northbound lanes of the freeway.

The emergency responders rushed the Kia driver to a hospital.

On the other hand, the big rig driver did not sustain injuries from the accident.

Meanwhile, the authorities are investigating this incident.
