Kerri Dillon and William Lucas Killed in Interstate 40 Vehicle Collision [Barstow, CA]

Barstow, CA (January 18, 2023) – On Thursday, a driver, William Lucas, 66, of El Cajon, and his passenger, Kerri Dillon, 61, of Lakeside, lost their lives in an Interstate 40 vehicle collision.

The fatal vehicle crash happened at about 12:18 p.m., west of Ludlow.

Unfortunately, both William Lucas and Kerri Dillon died at the crash scene.
