Injuries Reported in Callaway County Auto Accident on County Road 304
CALLAWAY COUNTY, MO (October 14, 2024) – Saturday night, Kelcie Knoles sustained injuries in an ATV crash on County Road 304.
The incident happened at about 5:20 p.m. on County Road 304.
The report indicates that Anthony Avelar, 40, of Walnut, IL, was driving a 2014 Honda Foreman Rubicon ATV with passenger Knoles, 19, of Princeton, IL.
Then, the vehicle hit a ditch or culvert and flipped. Both Avelar and Knoles were transported to University Hospital by a Callaway County ambulance. Knoles sustained serious injuries, while Avelar suffered moderate injuries. The report also noted that neither of them was wearing a helmet.
