Lake Elsinore, CA (July 03, 2021) – On Friday, 19-year-old Kasie Hernandez of Moreno Valley died, and another was injured, in a solo-vehicle crash on Lakeshore Drive.
 
The authorities responded at the scene at 11:57 p.m. at Ohio Street intersection.
 
When they arrived, they found a single vehicle with two occupants that crashed into a wall.
 
Officers reported Hernandez’ time of death at 12:10 a.m. just minutes after the crash.
